U.S. EPA Environmental Indicators - These reports attempt to answer a series of key questions using the best available indicators and scientifically sound data to describe what EPA knows - and what it doesn't know - about the current state of the nation's environment. In addition, the reports highlight the information gaps and challenges that must be addressed in order to better answer key questions in the future.
